Car Czar Consulting says: Apparently defective accelerator pedals are causing Honda to recall 129,324 City and Fit compact cars in Brazil.
They join an ever-growing and somewhat alarming number of recalls in an industry that prior to the recent Toyota debacle had determined to keep a larger number of these out of the public eye through so-called “soft-recalls.”
If car manufacturing is so much better, how dos this square with the apparent increase in these events. Buyer-Beware!
